Inspired by Chef Patel’s travels throughout Asia, Polynesia and the Caribbean, Mamey derives its name from the unique fruit commonly found in Latin America. Our restaurant showcases the exotic flavors and spices commonly found in the islands with ingredients sourced directly from Chef’s own Rancho Patel. We feature indoor and outdoor seating housed in a stunning tropical oasis that offers an idyllic escape where guests can indulge in flavorful cuisine and refreshing cocktails.
Chef Niven Patel embodies the definition of farm-to-table philosophy and brings this to us by way of his two-acre farm located about an hour south of Coral Gables in Homestead, Florida. The sprawling farm, Rancho Patel, was started in 2014 and now supplies his restaurants with freshly harvested produce — including mangoes, eggplant, avocados, beets, and many other various fruits, vegetables, and herbs.
